In 2022, Isaac Mashman bought Mashman Properties’ first two parcels: two separate, unconnected lots in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, one 6,000 sq ft, the other 4,000 sq ft. Combined, they cost under $550.
Neither lot had a building on it, a road named after it, or much of a story yet. He went to see them in person anyway, and filmed the trip.
